I know a lot of you like seeing chips fly. This is a billet gas peddle we are making on the CNC machine @ Prime. I still have to mill the outside.

It's a Abene (pronounced A-Bean) it's made in Sweden. They are very common in Europe, like Bridgeport mills are here in the U.S.A. It's cool because you can mill vertical and horizontal. It also has a Heidenhain controller.

I used a Horizontal mill in a machine class i took a few years..A light cut was like .300 at a time, those are pretty serious machines..LOL
I bought an old bridgeport about a year ago, its been the single best tool i own, nothing like that machine your using but its been real nice to have.
Nice pedal, do you sell those or are they built only when needed?

you want one? I have an older cnc mill that's gotta go. It's fully tooled and under power right now. Come check it out and load it in your truck.
I need the space for another lathe.

Where did you take the class? I sure would like to learn how to work a mill and a lathe.
