Anybody know who makes the best party boat? Do Tritoons ride better than Pontoons? Who's makes the best boat? Top speed? Suggestions on power? I dont want to waste the whole day just motoring up to the sandbar.

Here we go AGAIN. Without question get a TRI! Now second importance: Go look at everyone possible. They all have different aminities and power.
I love my JC, but it's by no means fast. It's a 30 mph cruiser with a top speed of 38 in the heat and low 40's in the cooler weather. I can get anywhere on the lake within an hour. 350mag for power.

Thanks Todd, I was looking at the JC's online and the look to be one of the better ones. Any problems?

http://www.***boat.net/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=15801 Play Craft is the faster of the tritoons and you can have them custom made to your liking

Nope, only a couple of quickie fix's. Everyone that knows Dana and I would tell you we love the damn thing. Several board members have been on it and I would say they all think it's pretty awsome. Again, look at every brand. The JC best fit OUR needs.

I've been researching pontoon/tri-toons for a few weeks now.
Looked at 4 or 5 manufacturers' boats, and a dozen or so websites.
The best made and most impressive I've seen is Crest Pontoon Boats (http://www.crestpontoonboats.com).
Well made. A lot of features, and touches I haven't seen on any other brands.
We're looking for one for an OUI processing and Search & Rescue platform.
They're dealered in Havasu at H2O boats, on Lake Havasu Avenue, across from Sundance Mini-Market.
