We stopped off at an omlet place, and the omlets were huge, fluffed up and super awsum with all the stuff inside.
How do you get them so "Foamy" and giantic bigger than life where they talk to you?
Harolds House of omlets in Tho. oaks wouldn't say how they do it. If I ran a breakfast place, I absolutlly would serve them this way.

They use a hand blender to whip it up to where it's really foamy. I saw them do it on the Food Network.

Place I go to uses an out milkshake mixer. At home I use a Braun hand mixer, works great.

I think their was something else done to the eggs, like club soda or something 'cause these weren't your normal fluffed omlets.
They were huge!!!!

if your asking me!!!
the trick is to use a highspeed hand mixer (like a kitchen aide or a hand milk shake mixer) and add some milk after you have whipped th eggs first the mixer add the air (very inportant) and the milk add the fluff....also hers two good tricks...1. use a non stick skillet and 2. dont screw with the omelet to much...... pancakes and omelets are the same if you want them fluffy turn once and serve never pat them down :p
