i do not know much about V-Drive boats, i live on the east coast and is not big here, my neighbor has a kurtis v drive drag boat, i think it is hydro class, been ran 3 times, in great shape- just had whole thing re-done, has a big block with brodix heads, prob dome pistons, steel crank- says has about 35 in the engine, just wondering how much this is worth to buy, it would be a nice toy to run up and down the river, are the prices i see on the net for 10G for a boat like this right?

OK i have more detail on the boat- it is a 1978 Kurtis, bottom has been blue printed, has wirl away, engine is a 454 bored out .60 over, has a steel crank, roller rockers & cam, H Rods, High Vol oil Pump, Balanced & Blue Printed, 2 1050 Dominator Carbs, Tunnel Ram, Port & Polished Brodix Heads, 13-1 Dome Pistons, was built by Mothers Machine in Springfield, MO

Yeah i do mean 35g in that motor, i saw the chekc that was written, thats really not that much for a motor if u think about it, i race a dirt late model and we spend an easy 30 for ours and that is a small block, o and yeah i have some pics but i am not sure hot to post them, i can e-mail them to u if u like

Hmmm. I'm sure the engine builder was happy with that result....
