I like my '78. It rides a little more flighty then the 21 but I think it still rides pretty good. Give it a little plate and it blows through the chop very well. It is alot smaller boat. I know it's only 1' shorter but it seems smaller than that when you're driving it.
The plus is it doesn't take as much HP to hull ass.

Santi,
I have one too, it's a great boat and I agree with everything that Superdave said,
My dad has a 21' and it's a different boat. the 20' is more of a hot rod and the 21' is more of a cruiser. Where did you find one? there were only around 20 boat rigged as v-drives, and Spindler has not made it for several years.

there is a 20' my dad and i saw about a year ago in havasu, twin turbo'd,only two seats, looked wicked, had greens, blues, black, coloring, lowered trailer, all polished motor, did not get to talk to him, looked nice!!the 20' is a hot rod, kinda like a big flat bottom, but more stable.if i were really rich i would have lee build me a 20 to match my 21,except i'd put an all aluminum twin turbo 540 motor in it,good for an honest 100+ !!!!!!

Changed my mind I'll go $4000.00 and come tomorow and pick it up. Dan, then you can put those 4 big one's in your Stevens and have the fastes flatbottom on the east coast. Originally posted by Thunderbutt:
