What is the age limit on the boats to qualify as a nostalgic class boat?

The age limit is 20 years (1983) or older, or a replica hull of the the older boats

A 1957 Chevy 2-door Staion Wagon (a 210, not a Nomad) 283 and a Powerglide, brown and white. Mine. Paid $300 for it. Tickets for the concert were $7.00. Could bearly see them.
