So this dude beings me an intake to plumb up. It's a small block chevy tunnel ram with TWO 1050 dominators. And just can't help myself to ask what he's doing (mistake prolly). lol
Dragster? nope
Bad azz door slamer with a HUGE stroked small block and a 6,500 stall? nope
Ok, I give man. What do you have cookin? 1964 Impala with a 350" sbc.
Really? Yup
Anything else done to the car? No, not really
So, who pointed you in this direction? No one, I ordered it right out of Summit.
So how well do you think this WON'T run? lol

You never know it might run, as long as he unhooked the secondaries on both carbs and the primaries on one of them. :D :D :D

He is going to have to have a campfire in each cylinder to burn that much gas.
Wonder what size valves he is running??

Nah... you need a nice RV cam... maybe a 3/4 race... here just pick one out at the bottom of the page... those are always the best... :D

Maybe it is one of those for show only cars....The ones you only have to bump the motor over fire and shut it off to get into the show?
Might idle I say Might but driveable?? Na
I say he will be order more from summit soon.

That's a good one SD, even the Admiral is laughin' at this one.
Shoot, if it works THAT good on his 350, my almost stock 454 ought to be great with one.
Now, where's that latest Summit catalogue. I think I'll need bigger than 1050's tho. Wonder how big Doms come?

Give me a call when he comes back to see you for the 750dp setup. Maybe he'll let those troublesome dominators go for a good price?! :crossx:

Ya, my 305 ran good with the 3/4 race cam. But when I put in the 7/8 race cam it really cam alive.
Hey, if two dominators work well on a 350, then how do I get THREE on my hot 454 in the pickup?

Hey, my old man's got some tools. I can fix it. :D

I can see this guy returning the carbs to summit saying they don't work..... :)
For a 350 to use 2100 cfm @ 100% VE it only needs to spin 20,736 rpms. :)

maybe he just planes to run about 20 lbs of N20 a min....that might use up all that extra fuel.
