anyone know where to get one. It's a spring loaded one below the swim step of my Lavey 24 NuEra. Two of the internal springs broke. Not sure if I can just replace the springs.

Give these guys a call. (http://www.aquaperformance.com) They made it. I have spoken with them a few times at the boat show. They seem to have great customer service. If you can't get them to step up, have Laveycraft give them a ring. ;)
BTW, here's a copy of your warrentee......

The best customer service I have seen in the boating industry. Old school type service.

I just sent my ladder in on monday. Both springs were gone and all the rubber. They fixed the springs and put all new rubber on for less that $20 and $7 of that was shipping. I didn't even call them, I just sent it in with a letter and my return address and they called me. It's the best service I have incountered.

Wow! Refreshing to see such a postive response about a company's customer service. Based on all of these replies, I have called Alba, and she was just as advertised (here) - very helpful. I told her I'm headed out tomorrow, she said to bring it by, and they'll get it fixed for me while I wait! Fortunately, I'm pretty close to their factory.
