Nice, i bought the same ones a few months back but my pressure gauges are mechanical. I debated on drilling bigger holes for the 2 5/8 but i didn't. I regret it cause i saw them at the drag races and i think the bigger ones would be alot nicer than the 2 1/16.

I thought about going to the bigger guages also but didn't want to drill the holes out.

Looking good Mike. God I miss that thing but I just have to keep telling myself SCHIADA. SCHIADA, SCHIADA. I'm glad to see you and the wife are enjoying it and that you are taking pristine care of it. Right On! That thread you sent me of the 100 mile run was awesome!! Is your wife stoked on it over the Challenger? That boat turned out so bitchen and I'm proud to say I and Ty and Chris did a lot of the work to bring her back to life. Have fun with it bud. How is the trailer holding up? Those trailer bunks will seriously last forever with that Line-X and fresh carpet. plus they are counter sunk through bolted with stainless and double nutted. We need to get together next summer and do some boating. I would love to get a picture of them next to eachother for a kind of old and new thing.

That's funny! I was looking at the pictures and thinking to myself... "Geez, that looks like Travis' boat!"
I had no idea you sold it! Also, you change screen names so much, I can't keep track of you! WTF????
Schiada huh?

The wife and I really liked the old boat and miss it sometimes but are totally stoked on the Hallett. Rides better and has a ton more room inside. Trailer is killer, no worries at all. We'll get together next summer for sure, just let me know when and where and I'm there.

Before anyone opens up the gauge holes in their dash to go 2 5/8, look at what's available in that size. The holes in my Stevens' dash is 2 5/8", and when I bought new gauges, I found there isn't near the selection available as the 2 1/16". I wanted the old school black face/white number style, and there were only 2 styles available. I wanted to used the old Stewart Warner gauges, but could only find 2 1/16. Even had a Sun Super Tach waiting for it until I found out somebody hogged the hole out for a monster tach instead of the original 3 3/8".
It may not matter much to you now, but next time want to change gauges, there may not be what you REALLY want available in a 2 5/8'.
Oh, and Mike.... I can't see how your new gauges look 'cuz they block ***boat images at work, but I'm sure it looks good.
