Well I've got to throw out a big thanks to Timm over at Tuf-Enuf. He was kind enough to provide me with the bowl gasket I needed to get my pump back together.
It took me for EVER to get this tug boat all gone through and checked out after a long sit but it is finally ready to hit the water.
