A reflash is just a software update. It could be to correct anything from an undesireable driving charcteristic to how the computer runs a test on a sensor. Most likely, you won't notice a thing. Do you know what module they reflashed and why?

Nope. Truck was stolen about a month ago. Got it back and the gas mileage went from 300 a tank to 200. The truck just has not been the same since I got it back. The guy just called today for me to pick it up.

Thanks,
I was going to tell you if it was a 6.0 PSD to check the manufacture date and keep your repair records.......

I have been looking for an Excursion and have been told this by many different folks here. I decided to just stay with the 02-03 Excursion with the 7.3, considering an 05 is $40k++.
