Needing a slim air filter/flame arrester

I installed my new Edlebrock Preformer intake and Edlebrock carb yesterday and now my clearence from top of carb to engine cover is a little tighter.Any suggetions on a low profile air cleaner/flame arrester?

Livorsi had about the slimmest one I could find for a holley (8 x 2). Better hurry though, looks like they're discontinuing them.
