have 502mpi 1998 in my 28zx.allready installed a k+n flame arester.stainless marine exhaust system. :D reprogramed my ecu.want to go faster on a budget,any advice? :confused:

I did the K&N with a Hardin Marine mount and velocity spacer, with boosted ECM (fuel). I got little or nothing for improvement in performance. WHAT did you get out of the SM exhaust???

Not in Budget but ya could remove steering wheel and install a New Boat, Motor under it. Thats what it always comes down to.

then look into your best engine shop

I tend to agree with the Whipple suggestion. I've learned the hard way that the MPI motors do not respond well to the popular modifications, except for blowers.
