Waiting on 2 ppl too show so we can go to work...why can't ppl just show up on time. Hell I always try to be atleast 15 mins early.
One of my biggest pet peevs is ppl that run late...

I hear you on that, even better is the no-show.
I'm currently selling a rehab house and had a John Q public interested buyer. The time was set at 4:00 P.M. yesterday. I arrived at about 3:00 to take care of a few weekly maintenance things. 4 O'clock came and went.
In the meantime I mowed and edged about 3/4 acres of lawn, swept the patios and the driveway off. At about 4:30 I decided to finish cutting up the last section of tree that had previously been cut down. (about 15'L X 40" thick) Split and stacked the wood. Then went inside to install the shelves in all the kitchen cabinets. After a few unanswered phone calls, at about 6pm I decided John Q was not getting his tour. (LOL) Another small lesson learned about the rehab deal. Let the realestate agents do the showings. R.B.
