Chris: call me at 928-680-1400. I know someone looking
for exactly that!
For those of you looking at this boat, it is super clean and neat and has always been maintained professionally. Chris and his father baby this boat when they're out. The 2 of them got all their racing out of them a couple decades ago
at the drags. Nice boat. As a matter of fact, I 'm guessing
that you probably had an incredibly well informed and
very astute not to mention good looking salesman when
you purchased this boat Chris? I thought so!

You will see it hanging around the Phoenix lakes I think.
It was a great boat.
30' open bow cat is on my dream list, but not my check book list (yet). Still toying with the idea of one of these:
http://www.meridian-yachts.com/images/brochure/78054_main.jpg
But maintenance is an issue for me. They need alot of it!
I still really like this:
http://magicpowerboats.com/currentinv/28-32/images/ViewFromRear.jpg
But I have also thought about a 28' deck with one of these:

One won't be enough. That thing is a heavy pig and needs two motors:)
That 30 cat with twin 700's would be fun!!!!!

That 30 cat with twin 700's would be fun!!!!!
And expensive. How much are the 700s? 50-60K. So that would put the boat over 300K I think. Damn!!
Plus insurance would suck.
Anyone know what retail/upgrade pricing is on the Ilmor 550 and 625? I think I really want a V10.
I think I could do a 28' with a 550 and not have too much of a heart attack.

I'm sure the 700/NXT combo would cost you a pretty penny.
I think a 28' with a 625 would be fun (80-85mph)
Shoot the 30 Cat with twin H0's would probably run 80mph and be alot of fun...bad part is your gonna need a bigger truck to pull it safely.
What about a 28' nordic? :D

Your tranny and rearend will hate you. Also you better hope that the garage you park it in dosen't have a steep driveway or it's done.
Just wait until they finish the new 28'cat and throw a 550 illmor or 525 in it
