Need Truck TV/VIDEO suggestions???

I'm looking to add a flip down monitor with DVD player in my truck? Whats the best value out there? Any good recommendation for shops in Phx area would be awesome. However, if you own a shop/or buddy owns a shop- I will travel for a great deal and great service. Let me know.
Also interested in adding a few JL subs and a JL Audio amp to my 06 Silverado crew cab.
