whats 1st 3 letters of the HIN... It kind of fuzzy in the pic. it looks like ELI if that is the case it would be a eliminator... just not the one in CA. There was a few companys called eliminator over the years( just diff sufix... IE elminator boats, elminator INC...etc)
if the mic is ELI its these guys
Link off USCG web site. (http://www.uscgboating.org/recalls/mic_detail.aspx?id=ELI)
If you want to do a mic( 1st 3 letters of the hin) look up heres the site
mic look up (http://www.uscgboating.org/recalls/mic_database.htm)

That HIN says "ELB" which is Eliminator Boats in Mira Loma. (ELI was the Wisconsin plant) That is the same hull that IHBA rescue uses the fetch those sorry bastards that get unexpectedly get wet! That hull type is called a "whaler" The rigging and such does not look like Eliminator's work though. Someone probably bought a bare hull and assembled it themselves.

sorry too late.
That looks like a 12jc pump.If You dont do any thing with the hull, pull the pump and intake and either sell it or keep it for another project. That is a decent pump...Hal

Put a stroker, a shoe & rideplate in that thing and keep it a sleeper...then, go and race unsuspecting jet boaters for $100 each. :D

the more i look at this boat the more potential i see in it. I see 4 or 5 bean ibags in the bow would make for a nice cocktail seating arangement ? hull is only 3" deaper than my 1975 18' southwind and looks to be a very solid hull .I am still curious to know how many of these are around and how this hull will be at speed it has full stringers .is this the only boat type eliminator used this bottom for?

I am pretty sure that the bottom was used for an closed deck and an open bow version also. There are not very many of the whaler decks. I think with some quality full length stringers and floor, and a few well placed "gunnel supports" (what gunnels? :) ) to tie it all together that it would be a very solid and cool ride that would seat a party if you wanted to.
