East coast drag boat rules???

I have looked around for a drag boat assoc. in the north east. Only found a club out of Delaware.
Can someone let me know of any drag boat assoc's. and where to be able to read engine rules etc. Specifically, V-drive flatty, blown, inj., alcohol.
