One of the hubs on my Zeiman trailer leaked grease last trip out - I'm worried that the bearing, etc may have gone bad. Anyone have any step by step instructions on how to disassemble/inspect/repair the hub? Where do I get the parts/grease gun/etc? I'm in West LA....thanks.

I have a Zeiman trailer as well. I just replaced the hub last week.
I got the entire hub assemblie from an RV Trailer place in town. Just take the old one in and they can match it up. Most RV service/parts Departments will carry them. It is about a 20 min change all you really need is a screw driver, grease gun and plenty of rags. I got Marine grease from Pep Boys.

Its good to get them looked at. Usually when they throw grease its a sign they got hot. Grease thins down and gets out of the rear seal easier and if its worn it makes a mess.
The the spindle is worn (small groove) where the grease seal rides, then there are sleeve kits available so you dont have to trash the spindle.
