My Labor day: I flew a Yak

I got to control the plane while in air. This is a Russian Yak-52 that a friend of mine owns. Its the plane that the Russians trained in before they flew the Mig jet.

Congrats. Yak's are cool planes. Hopefully, I will be going up in the 2 seat P-51 at Chino at the end of the month. My current flight instructor knows the owner. Nice little vids.

I can honestly say that I would have no problem changing my hobby of boatin to flying. That was a real blast flying that thing.

Very Cool, all the old warbirds are a fave of mine, and although i love the air Races in Reno, i hate seeing the birds chopped and altered for the races, but love the noise of all the planes just before and after the start.
