condo sf build prices?

Any builders know what condos can be built for per sf? (minus land)
I know that there are a million variables.
Flat build, 3 units per building. 6 total buildings. About 2000 sf ea. Disregard offsite, etc impacts. Just the structures. Any guesses?
Edit: I should have called them "TownHomes" (lol). And save me the "real estate/economy" lectures as that is not my problem (yet) :)

Min $150 psf build cost. More if you hire a GC. Goes up from there depending on fit and finishes selected...
