kellison jet boat?? anyone know??

I am going to go look at a 1965 kellison flat bottom later today for a buddy and was just checking to see if anyone knew anything about them? It has a 428 ford, berkley pump, basset headers, new seat and new carpet for 2,500. Sounds like a good deal but I guess I shall see later today. Thanks.
