I really don't know much about the boat except it's pretty original. I went in half with a friend of mine on it. The ex owner is still looking for the title. He said it was made by a local company up here, I'm guessing mid to late sixties. It's pretty cool though we got it for less than what we figure the motor is worth, plus we got a spare engine to boot. It has the hemi, hydraulic steering, the shifter is up under the dash, and the seating arrangment leads me to believe it was some kind of ski boat. I'm going to ask Jerry Skagen up here if he knows anything about it, he's the local jet guru.

Its an old Berkeley, but I couldn't tell ya what model. Looks the same or real similar to the one on Roostwear's Stevens....

It's a Berkeley JA. Looks short because the bowl is INSIDE the boat.... only thing outside the transom is the nozzle.
Very cool original boat. That hemi is quite the shit, too! Now I'm second guessing myself about NOT doing my interior black... damn it!
It's good to see more dinosaurs surfacing. :D

Jezuz Creg. You are hard to keep track of. That thing is a cherry! Where'd you find it and what happened to the banzai trip down south to get the V-drive you were talking about? This taking the place of that one??
Awesome boat....... gotta admit, it'd look good behind my coupe :D. Can I store it for you? :crossx:

CLEAN FOR SURE!!! I like the look plus its "gotta a hemi".
WHat if you added a long droop to it? I wonder how it would perform..

You say that like it's strange or sumpthin. Doesn't EVERYONE have a flatbottom jet?

My buddy Paul found it and I took that banzai trip down to look at that Miller. What a waste of time and gas (was a POS), lucky I had to go down there anyway (lucky for me not my brother who was in the hospital) (he's fine now). This one is taking the place of that one but we're still going to restore the Brendella so one of these days we'll have a V-drive (too). I'd let you store it for me but it doesn't need a key to start it and I know how close you live to the SALT WATER !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :2purples: :2purples: :2purples:

Here are some more
The interior layout, I came to the conclusion that the reason it is like this is because it's the only way to get 4 people in it (legroom wise)

Here's where the gauges are.

The pump, oil cooler, and chain coupler.

The shifter and throttle.

I was mistaken about the steering, it's not hydraulic, it's an oil cooler.
