Watching it in High Def. 50".
Geeze, if you don't have HDTV - time to make the jump.
Clean picture, seems like more colors,,,
J-Ville has a hell of a defense. Worth watching the game for that alone.

This is my second season with HD on the big screen (Sony 57)
There is only one problem, other than My Steelers are loosing.
Monday Night Football now has Joe Theisman in a speaking part, where he is required to think and make sense, three things he cannot do in this role.
The guys is irritating as hell, he is to the NFL what Bill Walton is to the NBA.

I was thinking the same thing every time he opened his trap.
They could do better, much better.

i can't stand listening to any tv football announcers...especially madden. i turn the sirius on in the house and pause the tivo till the sirius catches up. that way i can listen to the local guys call the game!!!!

Really enjoy the NFL in HD - but has anybody else noticed this.
My HD feed is approx 15 seconds behind the "regular" feed.
Niners are playing Rams on Sunday. I'm talking to my cousin on the phone.
Wilkins comes on for a Rams FG try.
My cousin yells "he missed it". Wilkins is still lining it up on my screen...
Told my cousin I'm no longer taking proposition bets from him...

I have had it since 2000 and it still amazes me here and there.

Defensive battles are great football but boring........between Theisman and the game itself I started to doze.........
Good thing the Pads and Dodgers had some excitement going on.

No doubt!!! Try watching it on a DLP Projector - which is about 150" of pure crystal clear pixels. I even sacked my chick when she walked in front of the screen, I was so into the game!!!! LOL!!! :p
I slept on da couch.

Sounds like you need a new box. I have had 3 HD boxes and none ever had that problem.

3 chip? Not sure. Only '3chip' spec as it applies to video elec as I know is for video camera's. As in 3CCD - like a Sony PD150 - which I highly recommend if youre into DV.
Anyways,
here is the DLP Projector (http://www.benq.us/products/Projector/?product=623) I have. Way worth the price - bee-leeve me.
