you mean post a pic on the site or just save one to computer?
to upload or post to a thread or reply. scroll down and click on manage attatchments to ad one from your hard drive. if its on the internet already grab the address of the pic and link it using the lil square button with a mtn range and sun on it to the right of the Bold(B) Italic(I) etc.....
to save a pic from the net. just right click the picture and chose save picture as....
