I fliped on the TV this sunday and looked for the Rams game. It did not start till 1, so I will surfing for what other games I want to watch.
I noticed the HD channels not working. So I called Direct TV. After 30 min talkin to techs, the transfer me to a senior tech, and she tells me I need to order the Superfan package to get the NFL games in HD! I flipped out. I pay for the NFL package, and pay a fee every month for the HD channels. With those two fees, I would expect to get the games in HD. Nope. I need to order Superfan for another $100.
She told me its expensive to brodcast in HD, that is why I need to pay for the superfan package to get the HD game. I told her I am paying a fee for HD. And on top of that not all games are in HD.
I think DTV wanting another 100 bucks is over the top if already paying for HD and NFL. Heck, that what I am paying for and not getting it. I understand paying the superfan package if I want the interactive NFL chanels, but not the games.
What do you think??
I know what some are gonna say, just pay up. But I think the point is that Direct TV is double charging. I dont think its right.
