Why at 7:05pm?

Why do Angels games start at odd times? 7:05, 12:35, 1:05
What's wrong with good old 7pm or noon? Is it because of TV airing?

I'm sure its for T.V. Announce line ups and stuff like that.

Doesn't really apply to this case but if you want to make sure more people show up on time for a meeting set it for an odd time.....
Instead of 9:45 try 9:50....instead of 6:30 try 6:25...etc etc. it helps

Most MLB teams do, including the Padres. It's all about TV coverage ( commercials). All pro sports are designed around the media coverage. Thats why the Chargers want to go to LA. Bigger coverage, bigger paycheck(to the owners).
