I need a remodeling guy in Phoenix to rehab bank foreclosure homes. Its basic remodel stuff. Paint, carpet, appliances, sinks, faucets, mostly siimple cosmetic repairs.
Doesn't have to be licensed but it wouldn't hurt. Basically I need a guy to run the jobs there. Work can be subbed, all or part. Paperwork will still be done out of our office.
This will be more like a partnership and has the potential to be well over a $100K a month of work.
