Alpines New Pdx Amps

Has anyone tried Alpines new pdx series amps. They are alot smaller than normal and use less power. I'm wondering how they compare to conventional amps. Any info would be appreciated.

I'm running three in the new boat and a good friend is running six in his boat. We are both having very good luck with them so far. Great power output, less current draw and they don't get hot and shut down.
They are a little pricey but worth it in my opinion.

From everything I have read from other Audio forums and from some shops I think they are a great alternative..
Think I am going with 2 for the Schiada and might be replacing all three PG's in the Malibu with them....

Thanks for the info. Sure seems like a good route to go, you know how it is trying to make the batteries last as long as possible.
