2 sources I know of are L&L Marine (which bought Specialty out a couple years ago), and Wayne Earl Manufacturing. Both are in Orange County. :)

Make a reverse pattran (out of wood)of the curve in the back of your flat.Go to your local plastices store and take them a pattren(made out of cardboard) of the shape size of the splash guard you want to make and they will cut one out for you. Then take it home get some clamps and clamp it to your pattren and take a heat gun and heat it up and bend it to the shape of the pattren. This is what I did and it cost me 100 bucks for the plastic.I made my pattren out of ply wood and 2by4s it is very easy.Just heat the plastic slow and do not burn it.I personaly think the translucent plastic the color of the boat looks better than alum or SS.But it is all a matter of prefrence.I used 1/4 inch plexy.if you get lexan it is better but more exp.Finney told me they had to buy a whole sheet of the plexy and I had to pay for it all to get the color I wanted witch was translucent orange eek! (**** that).I got lucky and the plastics place clost to me had a sheet of it.Good luck.Finney number is 520 680 6646. http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/521/82backof77.jpg
