I am having trouble faxing China. The number im trying to reach is
0086-574-63528444. everytime I punch in the number I get the old "cannot complete as dialed" and yes I ever tried adding a 1.

If that does not work dial 00 on your phone and ask the for the international operator and she will help you. I am thinking the 00 before the 86 needs to go away.
