Thanks for sharing. No wonder that part of the world is so PO'd all the time.
What could they possibly have to look forward to? Until the internet, I don't
think most of them knew that their part of the world sucked so they simply lived with it. Now that they can see what everyone else has, I think they've
become insanely jealous so they use their religion as their war machine. Wow.

What an eye opener! Never saw anything so bleek in my life. Nancy wants to know if the weekly boxes of candy, magazines, gum, batteries, handi-wipes, etc are getting to the soldiers over there?

Those are awesome! Do you mind if I use them in my classroom to show the kids? Especially the ones of the houses. They are great for cultural geography.

Great shots- thank you for giving me some insight as to how far behind this country really is and just how vast the area is. Very impressive.

Is this a recon version of, like a B-57?; 50's or 60's design, updated. May have even been a British design, originally.
Very interesting. Longer wing; Nacelles mounted mid-way through the wing...

just found this. 1953!!!!!
The Martin B-57 Canberra was a rare example of a foreign-designed military aircraft being built under license by an American manufacturing company for use by the US armed forces. The last previous such example was the De Havilland DH-4 of World War I.
The first B-57 was manufactured in 1953
