We have some type of tree who's leaves turn color and fall off each fall. And we have palm trees in our back yard that do not :D
My bulbs get confused and think it is spring and start to grow even before fall. (I have two trying to come up now  )
Sometimes we even get.................rain and hail here :jawdrop:

We have a few confused bulbs too mostly Daffodils seems they pop up just whenever.
I've been in SoCal several times back when I was hauling produce out of Salinas but I never spent much time hanging around. Loved the weather over there.
Big Bradly falls. One of my favorite rapelling spots. The pool at the top is great for cooling off in :)

Another year has flown by
Seems like it was yesterday I started this thread. Damn I must be getting old.
The Fall Colors are a little weak getting started this year.
Wont be long until they're blowing snow here.

:D LMAO
What's weird is that I was watching a Ross rerun when I started the thread.
And was watching another Ross rerun today and it reminded me about starting this thread. He had amazing talent and I'm sure he would be proud of your effort. :D

Blowing Snow? On that hill??
I spent my day off Wednesday showing around a woman I have been dating that recently moved here from Maine. Apparently she isn't use to mountains because her and her friend decided to wear flip flops, capri pants, and short sleeve blouses. Needless to say it was 22 degrees, dumping snow, and really freakin miserable conditions for that type of dress attire!
Opening day is November 2nd and I can't wait!

Nice looking slopes there !
Yeah they have to blow snow on that little bunny slope, gotta give the kids something to do.
There are a few Diamond Trails that are worth hitting when the weather cooperates.
It has been years since we've had a decent snow. It gets cold as fock but not much snow :(
Want a little more grade the ones at Sugar Mountain will get your adrenalin going.
It's one of the nicest ski resorts in the area.
They'll be blowing snow on these too.
