Marina still closed to anything over 24', but no problem launching at the North ramp at Windsor.

Water levels in Parker don't really fluctuate that much. The river might be down a 1', or up a 1', but in between the two damns they keep it pretty consistent irregardless of what's going on above and below Parker.
