FULL PIMP GOLFCART. 22hp 48V motor, 600amp controller, Killer candy pearl paint job (pictures to it no justice!) polished wheels. clear plexi-glass subwoofer encloser, with 8" Kicker subwoofer. four 6.5 Polk two way speaker systems with cross overs, 650amp DEI amp. Custom vinyl seats with matching flames stitched into them. Flip flop rear seat assy that makes a truck bed as well. carbon fiber dash with cup holders. I'll get more pics of all the little details......will consider all reasonable offers.

if any has ever built a really nice two seater cart with a rear seat they know how easy it is to spend 7-10K. Call me lame but I have ALL OF 18-20K in this one. I KNOW I'll never get that for it.....but dont want to sell it for the same as a nice two seater either.

my brother and I still have the water front lot graded and ready for the house. REALLY cool lot, We have our own dock and launch ramp. I just like Havasu more at this point. Just kicking around a few idea's at this point. SHE wants water front property, I want Havasu....So maybe the Islander makes sense??? dont know yet. MAYBE sell everything and stay home and watch the "bare foot contessa" all damn weekend and save a BUTT LOAD of cash :)

Toby the islander park is nice, has it's perks,but paying all that space rent every month vs a nice house in town where your money goes to your payment,either way both are nice. It's a hard choice to make,good luck

I hear ya Ed, on the whole space rent thing.....Id much rather hace a house in the city that will gain equity in time, and we can rent out if we want. Can buy the twin to this place for 350K and it BUFF! BUT she doesnt dig the OFF the water fill of a house, she wants to be right there on the water. Not a good investment but ya cant fight women logic :cool: Have Cathy call her and talk some sense into her :)
