I've been going to the Lake for 2 years now, and seem to frequent the sames places: the Channel, Sandbar, and the River up to Topock. I've also been to Copper Canyon....I'd like to know if there are other great places to see/hang out on the Lake....thanks.

Gene ( i think) wash down by the dam is cool. Good rocks to jump off of. Family atmosphere down there.

Disneyland is awesome, but the water level is too low right now.

We spent all day in there last Saturday. Great time and very mellow. Close to Havasu Springs also.
Steamboat is a fav and is easy to miss. It is south of Copper on the AZ side almost across from Havasu Palms.
I hear there is a cove by Black Meadows that is nice but there are sometimes a bunch of Broke Back boaters in there. Ask anyone on the Riverroyal thread when it is safe to check it out. :D

Another perfect example why we need this site to enable us to post .kmz files from Google Earth. Would be great to download the placemark and fly to it on my PC. Help me support this effort by voicing your opinions in this thread.
