Hey everybody,
I'm looking to go to Lake Mead and was wondering where to stay? I'm looking for an RV resort or regular campground and wondering what you people think is the best?? Any recommendations fo where to camp at Lake Mead??

How big of a boat are you launching? I boat camp, so can't help you there, but the launch facilities and what you are launching may help narrow down your options.

Well, the water levels are WAY down and expected to go lower over the next year. Calville is almost impossible to launch a boat of good size. They did bring in some gravel and dumped it at the end of the ramp.
There is a campground and motel on Boulder Beach between Lake Mead Marina and Hemenway Marina. I believe it's called the Lake Mead RV Resort. Good luck.
