They have 2 brand new double wides for sale in neilsons resort in needles. Park is located On the water a few miles north of needles bridge CA. side. private launch and small community beach. Lease land purchase trailers. I think the rent is like $375.00 As far as the price on the trailers "dont quote me but im thinking 140-150k I will try and get Photos and accurate price If your interested you can contact Cindy at (909) 322-2777. this is a really cool park lots of freindly familys and no problems. all the places are under 7 years old and its nice and quiet most of the time.
