IS OUTSTANDING :)
Here's the readers digest version:
Hello,
I purchased 5 Ishocks less than 1 year ago at Berts Mega Mall. I hadn't used any of your products before and the parts guy said these were the best. Well, i'm not so sure. I built 5 CRF50f's with BBR kits just to putt around at our Lake Havasu, AZ home. The riders of the bike that I am having an issue with are adults and weigh in at 175/200lbs.
I was assured by Berts that this shock would provide years of just plain cruising. Now that the weather is cooling I took the bikes around last weekend and when I got home I noticed something was wrong with one. The Ishock had colasped and wouldn't spring. I also noticed it looks like it may have lost a piece. Upon removing it I noticed there was some serious metal to metal damage. I have taken pictures that will be attached to this.
Now I recently purchased a Rhino 660 and was going to change the shocks to your F18 brand, but now I am hesitant based on this discovery. When you view the pics you'll see the riders are responsible and do not abuse the 50's as can be seen by their condition.
Now I live in Lake Havasu and can't just drive to Berts anymore. My question to you is:
How do I get this problem resolved?
Thank you.
----------------------------------------------------
I got a call from John over there about 20 minutes after I sent that email. He could see by my pics there was an issue. So I UPS it THURSDAY and he called MONDAY afternoon stating it was a bad retainer and valve that caused this problem, 100% warranty. He completely rebuilt it and sent it back.
Now that is awsome customer service.
