will be faster than some of the big baller's boat here , if matching scale of a 27 footer :rollside:
Refinished my old 80's Prather with new colours . Cold weather approaching , I'll be able to get it going again for the next boating season .
Before and after pictures. What do you think of the new colour?

Other than that - I AGREE, that thing is bad-ass several times over. Great job. http://www.***boat.com/image_center/data/520/1132yourock.gif

Thanks for the compliments guys. I ran this boat back in the 80's , but can't find a local pond to run it in now .Developments and noise bylaws   . So I've decided to get it going again and run it in the real world of powerboating right next to my boat. :rollside: I'll be posting some videos when I get it wet , in the future .

beaver,on most mornings there's a guy running one of those in the bay east of the turtle. way cool to sit on the patio and watch him zip around.
speconly, very nice boat! i've been looking for a hull 60" that matches my a.o. any ideas?

Friend of mine did, he builds custom Harleys and cars . The pictures don't show the real colours . The stern flows into deep candy apple , from the candy orange on the stem and deck. It needs to be in the sun to see it.
He paints real boats too . He wants to do a 30+ project one day with some radical paint job .

Got water injected into the exhaust system [ like a log system ] so it should pass :rollside:

There's someone on www.speedwake.com , who posted a video of one that looks similar. You have to register to be able to see pics/videos on their site.
It's posted in the open forums = http://www.speedwake.com/upload/showthread.php?s=&threadid=41971

That thing is simply stunning. I am saving these pictures.
I have always wanted to get into the RC hobby, but I know me and I would wind up spending a fortune.
I need to get rid of all my damn Hot Wheels and do it.
Kudos to you, Spectras. It looks like a work of art.
