What is the differenc in between Blower carbs and normal carbs for a tunnel ram?

Blower carbs either have boost referenced power valves, or no power valves at all.

so can i use blower carbs on a tunnel ram or not? And if i do will it run any different?

If they are boost referenced, you can change it back to normal pretty easily.
If the powervalve is removed, then they will work just fine...assuming they were rejetted correctly.
The whole reason for the powervalve changes to "blower" carbs is that blowers will often not have the normal vacuum conditions above the blower and the power valves will cause a lean condition. By referencing them below the blower(boost referenced), the vacuum is normal and allows the powervalves to perform correctly.
