Hey everybody, the road is open, Classic Daycruiser and I went out today, we were going to hang the banner at SB cove. SB cove is fairly full already from campers. AZMandella and 67Weiman are at the Flats and have a fairly good sized spot staked out. The road to the Flats is a little rough so we are kinda thinking that to each his own when it comes to launching. Depending on where most people end up, we will place the banner there as the "Unofficial" meet up place.

It looks like, at Bartlett flats, we will have more room. Lots of campers at SB. I'm launching at the north ramp then heading to the flats with the boat. It looks like the flats are staked out for us (thanks AZMandella and 67Weiman). Go super slow on the .5 mile dirt road to the flats, as it is rough, but passable.
AZMandella and 67Weiman are 200 yards to the right @ the flats.
I'm leaving around 7am.

Hope ya have a four wheel drive if you launch off the bank.I got stuck back there once and that's enough for me.Thank's to SQUIRTCHA for the pull i got out.Not going to the flat's for me.My trailer set's to low for that road.

I'I got my 4by ready I like it there but the left side gets purdy steep and that sand is soft stuff. Air down & lock em. Last time I was out there (July 4th)the dirt road was smooth. Did it get that tore up? I go slow when I hit the dirt anyways.

Between 4 or 5:30 am. I go to Saguaro that early too. The East siders are supposed to leave Mesa at 6 am. I may camp out till Sunday if nothing breaks.

We really need to get out. Just had a bunch of stuff going on lately. Hopefully the weather will hold out a bit longer so we can get out.
