i'd say american off shore or chris cat... one or the other.. they both made that same boat... but id say american offshore being that they always built all white boats..if its a late model than definately american offshore.. i heard they run pretty good in the ruff stuff... its says python on the side of it.. but i never heard of those boats... good luck though...

Obviously it is either a model named Python or a company
named Python. There is a boat company in Buford Georgia
called Python but they never publicly listed a 31' cat but
that doesn't mean that they didn't build one. I have their
phone number if you need it.
The mold was originally a Chris Cat 31' which is and always
will be one of the most popular boats ever raced. Then the
molds were acquired and I use the term acquired very loosely, by several companies and some of them still build it.
Looks alot like an Awesome Cat, American Offshore,
Thunder Cat, etc.
They were known for being very solid and stable rides in the rough stuff. Not as fast as some of todays 30-32 cats
but pretty tall in comparison.

I agree, I think it is an AO
That is the boat someone was asking about the X-dim recently IIR.
Look at how low it is in that pic. Those boats are pretty heavy and rides pretty low in the water so I doubt the props over see the surface.
From what I know they work pretty good though!

Thanks for the feedback, we were lost. Definitly pointed us in the right direction. We are having major problems getting the nose up and think its probably wrong drives or riged wrong. Boat does 100 no prob. but spray from the front is out of controll. Exact same boat as American Offshore.

Python boats went out of business years ago,and the moolds were sold on E Bay....I dont think they ever made a cat....
The guy who owned Python boats,Jim Clark died earlier this year..
