When my boat split at the keel, I didn't even bother trying to get warranty. I knew they'd just pull out some, "you weren't using it according to our specifications" bullshit. :mad:

You should finish the story....by having to reglass and repair where the boat broke....you learned a new career in boat mending,effectively putting Havasubarney out of business.... :p

I bet that is average for a boat that is stored in salt water. Engine problems are not far behind.

It helps that I kick customers out of my shop if I find out they were at HavasuBarney's place before hand. If they won't sign a blood oath of loyalty to me, fukk them. :mad:

The lemon law applies to boats and RV's in Cali.
I feel bad for this guy though.
He's obviously an honest person to be upfront with it all.
sShame he had to go through it.

I don't think it's so much Glastron as it is Volvo and the servicing dealer...
