Does anyone here know of "Dial-A-Joke?" It was a phone line in the early 1970s that you could call & these guys would talk like little Jewish men & tell jokes. Apparently it was huge in the Valley & even in LA & they would spraypaint "Dial-A-Joke" on the side of buildings (ex. Sherman Oaks Galleria)
Anyways, my stepdad & his friends are the Dial-A-Joke guys & they're having a little reunion tonight & there's some guy who's coming who has a website about it & there's a whole underground fanbase who know all the jokes. I thought it was so funny. Just wondering if anyone knew of it or remembered it. :)

Wow, very cool. I know that alot of their "advertising" involved pictures of the zig zag guy under the writing. Silly kids :p
