Marlin Boat Info [Archive]

Hey guys. I am new to the forum and also a new jet boat owner (but not new to jet boats in general).
I have a 1978 Marlin runabout with a Berkeley jet and an Olds 455 block. The engine is not original...someone pulled it from a car and dropped her in. So this winter I'm working on getting the hull redone while I'm overhauling the jet and the motor, as well as marine-izing the motor as well.
Does anyone out there have any information about Marlin boats? As far as how I can find out which model I have, etc etc? Thanx.

Mine is an 18' modified V hull. Olds 455, Berk jet, bow mounted fuel tank.
