Nope, a very good Chardonay which probably was wasted on the cheese hot dog...lol
We have a few wineries in the foothills that do wine pairing.
i'm pretty sure they recommend a good chardonnay with a cheese dog.
(as long as it's a turkey dog)

Possibly so, but that is a flavor pairing issueance, not in relation to the health question DILLIGAF asked.
Actually I heard several years back (further research on the red-wine dea that the greastest effect from red wine occurs in women. There is a matching effect in men, but it is not created by wine, it is created by BEER.
thus, your meal DILLIGAF, NO.
You should have had a nice glass (or bottle) of Michelobe or some Anhauser Bush product. Then you could have had a healthy meal. :)

A little heavy on the cheese.... would have had a CHILI dog instead, and if you're into wine, I would think red. Now THAT'S good eatin'.....
