okay heres what I kinda know.....the mls number is 2064235 and there should be a link right to the plat.....

Its a little optimistic calling Moyie springs a city isnt it??
did you make it to the mudbogs this weekend? I am on my way home from that area right now, it is definately a beautiful area.

The ones right next to it are in the 30s......a city lot in Sandpoint where I live is 100k and the appraisal on my 4 acres 1/2 way between here and there is 275k...so no its not high...
