Looks like a sihlohette (sp) 28 cat without the radar arch. I always thought it was pretty cool. As for value, sorry I have no idea.

I have one of those. Original ugly pink/teal paint, came with 454mag when I bought it almost 3 years ago. Mine is a 1990, came with bimini, lovely radar arch(since removed), no stereo at the time, no swim step or drive shower, very average upholstery, tandem axle trailer that needed both axle's replaced because the nucklehead that owned it took the third axle out so "he could cut it easier into his driveway", and needed the carpet replaced. We paid $16K. I love the boat. It rides great. I put a new 502/485hp in last winter, added a swim step, changed upholstery/carpet, added a big stereo, replaced the axle's and added electric brakes. The boat runs almost 70. I hope to add a supercharger and hydraulic steering. If you want a swim step, I would highly recommend Swim Platforms in Phoenix. They already have the mold from mine and would save you a bunch of $$. We paid $1500 installed, best $$ spent on this boat. The yellow looks so much better than my pink/teal.

Who is building these boats? I think the 28 with big outboards would be a blast. On my 28, it really starts to pack some air about 52-53mph. Mine is very heavy with the 502, 3 batteries, my fat butt, and a bunch of other junk. Let me know if I can help with anything.

Thanks alot!! A buddy of mine know the builder.I have seen a 24' run 72 on a speedy with 15 people onboard all sitting.IT had a 454 in it.Also saw a 24' with a 502 run in the 80's.That's why I don't know what I want.My 20 is fast with the twin. But can sale it. So I was thinking of d-rig it and put my 509 blown chevy in the hull. Then put the outboards on a 24 and28'.I guess it will all be based on the prices.

I weighed my 28 with 1/4 tank of fuel and just the life jackets, ski's, etc. Including the trailer, it came in at 7800lbs. Are you selling the boat with the twins? Less power? What's up?
