'69 Stevens Hydro

I found a 69 Stevens shovelnose hydro. With a 396, on a tandem trailer, it is going for 3K. Is this thing worth it, or should I leave it where I found it. It is complete but needs to be completely gone thru. Im not looking to keep it, it would just be a buy and sell deal.

Ditto. Stevens hydros are virtually an unknown. The flats were quite popular. Maybe for the Stevens purist this is a good boat, but most people looking to run hard in a hydro want a more proven hull design.
